Orders & Payment

To place an order, simply select the product(s) you’d like to purchase and add them to cart. Then fill in your delivery details if you’ve never shopped with us before, and proceed to checkout.
Yes, a confirmation email will be sent upon completed payment.
Your order will be processed and you will be notified with a tracking number when your order is being delivered should you opt for delivery. For store pick up option, just wait for a notification from our side that informs you when your order is ready for pick up.
If your chosen item has disappeared from your shopping cart, it is most probably because it has run out of stock. Please refresh your page after 30 minutes for the stock to be updated. If the product still shows “in-stock” but you couldn’t purchase it. Please contact our customer service for further verification.

We do offer several shipping options such as courier, home delivery and store pick up services.

Home Delivery: All delivery will take from 7 to 14 working days, unless stipulated otherwise.

Store Pickup: East Malaysia pickup within 2 to 7 working days. West Malaysia pickup within 7 to 21 working days. You’ll be notified via email when your order is ready for pickup.

Yes, our delivery personnel will notify you with a call on the date and time of delivery before delivering to your doorstep.

Should you not be able to receive your order, a re-delivery will be arranged at another time.

Yes, you can edit your delivery address at the “Profile” page located at the top right corner. After that, click “Addresses”.

Cancellations, Returns, Refunds and Exchange

To cancel your order, you’ll need to sign in and click into your “Order History”, then search for the order you’d like to cancel.

To return large appliances, you may contact our customer careline by call or email and we will arrange our delivery or courier personnel to collect the item from you. For small appliances, you may also return to our store in person.

You can return it or request for an exchange upon receiving the order. Most orders are returnable within 7 calendar days upon receipt if they are incorrect, damaged or defective.

  • Incorrect: The item is not the item you ordered. The model or colour is different from what is indicated on the order summary, or there are missing items or parts inside the packaging.
  • Damaged: The item is found to be damaged upon receipt.
  • Defective: The product is not functioning as described by the manufacturer. *Certain items are not eligible to be returned or refunded, such as fridge and washing machine due to hygiene issues.
